Refund policy
No refunds or exchanges. There will be no cancellations under any circumstance once the checkout process has been completed.
Shipping policy
JaydenandOlivia has a shipping time of 4-6 weeks (and may be subject to change) from the purchase date for all items.
Shipping time = date the order will be shipped from our shop.
If you happen to email us about our turnaround (shipping time) policy, you can always check your order date on your confirmation first. We try to email everyone as promptly as possible, but it can take up to two weeks to get a response as we are very busy processing orders and get many emails a day. Thank you for understanding and having patience as we process your orders.
***Once shipped, JaydenandOlivia is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout. No exceptions. Shipping labels are printed in batches, so your label may show a delay in shipment details.***
Insurance is available upon request for an additional fee paid for by the buyer.

You also accept that you are the owner of any credit/debit card or account (ie. Paypal) used for the purchase of any products on this page. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes after 05/13/2025 at 11:17 a.m. PST. to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed to in writing and signed by us (jaydenandolivia) or a new purchase was made.
JaydenandOlivia reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event a product is sold out, JaydenandOlivia has the right to cancel the item and issue a store credit for the full amount paid for that item. This only applies to the item which is sold out. If your order consists of multiple items, only the sold out item will be given store credit.
