Can you customize my Car Seat Canopy or Clothing Item?

Absolutely! Just send us an email letting us know what ideas you have, what you would like and we can set up a custom order for you. Additional fees may apply.

I would like to add Embroidery to my Canopy.

At this time we are currently not embroidering.

How do I assemble the canopy onto my car seat?

Using our Velcro straps makes it easy to securely attach the color coordinated straps to your car seat handles. Simply wrap the strap around the handle and secure it with the velcro! No Hassle, Worry Free attachment! 

What are the care instructions for my canopy? We recommend Spot Cleaning Only.

Are the bows removable on the carseat Canopies? Absolutely! All bows are attached to a pin back and can easily be removed. 

Which Handle option do I choose for my Car Seat Canopy?

To determine this you will have to look at the carseat you have. There are 3 common types, Straight, Zig-zag and Triangle handles. if your carseat has a regular straight handle with no design changes where the grip is you can safely choose the straight handle option. All listing pictures were taken with a straight handle carseat.  If you have either a zig-zag or triangle handle you will most definitely know. Zig-Zag has a Z shaped handle at the top for a handle. Triangle literally has a triangle shaped handle at the top of the carseat. If you still have doubts send us an email and we will be glad to help. Once you complete the checkout process you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam folder. 

What is the shipping status of my order?

Our turnaround time is 3-4 weeks on all orders unless otherwise stated on the items page. Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. We Kindly ask that you Do NOT send emails asking for updates or Status of your Order, as this takes time away from everyone else's orders to reply to your emails, including YOURS! Your order will not go beyond the estimated turnaround time unless JaydenandOlivia notifies you beforehand
